
I was so "blocked" on what to post this week. Everyone wrote last week on how good they were doing and showed such gratitude! Thank you! It's just amazing how hot it is this year. Seems worse than ever...Summer is in full swing and I am going to try to appreciate every day.
Commitments for week of June 28-July 4:
Pam- 2 cardios and healthy eating
Lisa- 4 workouts
Rachel- 3 cardios and 2 pilates
Gina- run and stretch 3 times
Lori- no eating past 8 pm M-Th, 8 glasses of water
