SUMMERTIME APPRECIATION


I was so "blocked" on what to post this week. Everyone wrote last week on how good they were doing and showed such gratitude! Thank you! It's just amazing how hot it is this year. Seems worse than ever...Summer is in full swing and I am going to try to appreciate every day.
Commitments for week of June 28-July 4:
Pam- 2 cardios and healthy eating
Lisa- 4 workouts
Rachel- 3 cardios and 2 pilates
Gina- run and stretch 3 times
Lori- no eating past 8 pm M-Th, 8 glasses of water

SELF FIRST


Well, this week is selfishly for me...I simply want to take care of myself as willing as I am to take care of everyone else. Even the flight attendants tell us to put on our mask first before assisting anyone, otherwise we couldn't do it, right? So, this week, let's put ourselves first. Stay true to our commitments to ourself, feed ourselves right, excercise ourselves, etc. "To Thine Own Self Be True."
Commitments for week of June 14-20:
Pam- Only healthy foods, no sweets 'til Friday, 2 cardios
Lisa- 3 workouts, portion control, no eating past 8pm 'til Friday
Lori- 3 run/walks, portion control (copy cat)
Rachel- 3 cardios and more water.
Shon- take care of "me"
