RACE FOR THE CURE




Wow! What a croud! I ran in the Race for the Cure Saturday in Little Rock. Our race is 3rd in the nation for participation...45,000 people! It makes me feel good to be faster than 30,000 people! lol. Great cause though.
Commitments for week of October 18-24:
Lori- 3 run/walks, 4 f&v's daily
Lisa- 4 runs
Rachel- 3 short runs, lots of water
Pam- more stretching and lots of water
