WELCOME, 2010!

Well, here we are! We made it to 2010! Do we say Twenty Ten or Two Thousand and Ten? I prefer Twenty Ten, it sounds much younger. All in all, we had a great year. I realize the health issues of Pam, Beverly, Norma and everyone, but don't want to forget how much we do have. I'm asking you to comment on your positive changes for 2009 and then add one or two TRUE resolutions for 2010.
Hey, it's an even number...2010 (not odd-get it?) so it's gonna be a GREAT year!
Peace and love to all.

Well, I wrote the front and didn't leave my comments...
I had a huge year in 2009 for personal growth. I am living a great life for myself rather than being what people expect or want me to be. It's been a huge learning experience and I'm grateful for the ups and downs that got me where I am today. For 2010 I commit to running a half marathon! I hope it's with Pam and all of you blog sisters. I wish us all, health, peace and happiness.

Happy to welcome twenty ten. A lot of very positive changes for 2009. New job, new place, feels like I am where I am supposed to be now. My commitments are to workout more consistently, eat healthier than I have the past 2 months. And to listen to my body! Thanks for taking over the blog Lori. You are doing great :)

I had a great holiday and happy to see the new year also. My commitment is going to be to cut back on sugar it has been really bad this holiday season. I am starting to eat more fruit so that helps. Also to focus more on th resort. And keep my workout consistent. I have gotten in the habit of sleeping until around 8 am so also getting up earlier. Well that should keep me busy this year. I also need to clean out drawers and cabinets get rid of the old stuff.
Well we haven't heard from Pam I hope she is having a nice relaxing holiday.
Me and Teri took food to Mom New Years day and she had been resting for the last couple of days really tired and flu like, but she did eat good and was craving a steak. So that is good.
Well getting ready to go to work so blog more later.
Love you guys.

Hello everyone. We are having a great time here on the coast. 2009 was great. My positive changes were recycling and trying yoga. My new years resolution is to learn some sort of ballroom dancing and like Shon, less sugar. I love you all and looking forward to 2010. SS

HAPPY BIRTHDAY RACHEL!!!
We do have alot of bdays in Janurary.
It is cold here, colder than I can remember in a while.
Well I missed telling my growth for this year. So, I am better about listening to my body and resting when I need to. I was thinking since this blog has started I have learned how to run better, recycle more, and it has kept us connected which is the most important. So Lisa thanks for starting it and Lori thanks for the great job you are doing to continue it.
Well got to go to work, better get ready.
Love you guys

Yes,thankyou Lisa and Lori! We are in the airport about to come home. We have had a wonderful time. I am ready to see Rachel and Molly. I am going to fix Rachel a birthday dinner. I am ready for some healthier food, although we ate some yummy seafood. I should get my final path report this week and will let you all know. Have a relaxing day and stay warm. SS
