
Here we go....back in the saddle again with our commitments. It helps so much to write/say it, if you want to get something done.
Commitments for the week ending 7/24/11:
Shon-Make time for the people I love.
Pam-3 workouts and no sweets or salty snacks.
Lori- 4 f & v's daily and exercise 4 times.

Shon, I can't believe that lightning story...and am so glad that you weren't hurt. Seems like you've had a lot of lightning lately, huh?
Pam, so good to hear from you, too. It sounds exciting to be planning Molly's wedding. Your family has grown so much in the past couple of years :)

Hi y'all. I believe I was missing this blog with commitments more then I knew. It has helped so much. I've gotten 3 workouts in already and stayed with the food commitments too. I have committed to a local half on October 9th. I may walk alot of it but gonna do it anyway. Lori my goodness 10 miles!!!! Shon you always help me think of stretching. I love y'all do much.
There's my sister, finally! I'm behind on my workouts for the week. I've only done one and now it's Thursday :0
It's helping me too, to commit, though. Pam, you sound good, and October will be here before you know it for that half.

Wow, I finally got in a workout. I went for a long walk, 4 miles. I'm anxious to see how my feet feel tomorrow. It was hot, but not too bad. So glad it's Friday, I'm taking tomorrow off and spending it with myself. :)
Hey guys, Lori you are really getting out in the heat with your execise, be careful. I tried a Zumba class, it was fun a good workout and a new yoga class for me, that I loved. Yoga is so good for my body, I don't realize how tight I am until I get started and I have been out of my weekly Yoga since my surgery, but getting ready to get serious about it. Because these days I just want to stay in doors.... Lori 10 mile bike ride is great it sounds like alot but when you start riding and build up it gets easier.

Reasy for a new week. I got my workouts in. I was healthy this week except a little off track today. My commitments are same as last week and add stretching. Shon I do Zumba. It's fun but really need stretching. Lori how'd your feet do? Bout to go to bed. Love y'all. Ss
