I recently got one of those forwarded emails that listed beautiful one-liners for a positive life. I love this one- "Over prepare then go with the flow". As we rush to get our holiday shopping done, cards mailed, and goodies baked, we eventually need to sit back and enjoy the time with family and friends.
Pam, we will all be with you in spirit tomorrow during your surgery. I know you have prepared and now you can go with the flow. We love you!

Lori, that is perfect for my week and I am sure everyone's with the week of Christmas. I was talking to a friend yesterday and she said that Christmas is all about the birth of Christ who came to be the Prince of Peace. We have everything but that this time of year with all the hustle. So, Lori, I am taking your advice and going to just claim the peace I feel and go with the flow. Rachel and Jeff are coming over tonight to make cookies. This is one of my favorite traditions. Keith and I went for a run yesterday afternoon, it was nice. Ok, so I will talk to you all in a few days, but definately will have Rachel report in. Love you all, talk soon. ok, have to share real quick. I just read my daily devotional and the scripture for today is: John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. Pretty cool, this was there for me today!!

I've just been on vacation for 3 days now and loving it! I've done all my shopping and tonight have a Christmas party to go to. I'm looking forward to having my friends over on Christmas, too.
I FINALLY went for run this afternoon. I went 2 miles, and was surprised I could even still go. It was a crisp beautiful day.
