
This is a pie that Jim made the other day, with fresh blueberries from Spradley Farms! It was incredible! The crust was perfect and it was so worth the calories.
It's a new week and new commitments:
Pam- 3 workouts, stretching, no sweet or salty snacks
Lori- 4 workouts, 4 f&v's daily.
Shon- 3 workouts, 2 weight trains
Shon- 3 workouts, 2 weight trains
Lisa- more water, 2 fruits and 2 vegs daily

I made my 5 workouts last week and I'm committing 4 workouts and 4 servings of f&v's daily. Always needing those...
I went for a bike ride Monday, so one down, 3 to go.
We've been so busy with the estate sale company and have a sale lined up for every weekend for weeks out.
Pam, I'll bet you've been very busy with Molly's wedding planning and everything. How is sweet Audree doing?
That pie does look good I have a really good recipe for a berry pie too with ice cream so good. Today actually teh first time in along time I am just sitting here on my computer enjoying the peice and quiet and the view. Had a really good bike ride this morn. Lori have you been on the new trail to pinnacle maybe we can plan a ride when it starts getting cooler during the week I would love some cousin time...
Pam is that half you signed up for the run we normally do? I hope you can come and do the spa run but being so close to thanksgiving may be hard for you.

Yes pie is so yummy looking. I have a cousin confession. I snacked on crackers today in a moment if weakness. It wasn't terrible but I will get back in the saddle. Shon I can feel your peace and we are so lucky to have eachother. This half is a different one and I really M going to try to do the spa run. I just have to get through the wedding first. It is all consuming. Well bout to watch s movie and one more thing,, Lori and Shon great job on the bike rides!!! Love and SS.

Wow! Another FAST week. It's Saturday morning and I'm getting ready for work, we have a big sale this weekend. I've got to get in one more workout today or tomorrow, so no problem. I've had some CRAZY bad eating days from stress, but am awakening today with a new attitude. For today...xoxo
Hey. Love to my sweet cousins. 6 days until the wedding!! I will be crazy busy. I only got two workouts in. I did good with food until the weekend and have done a little stress eating myself. I commit to two workouts and no sweets or salty snax. I do have to report I have not had any sweets these last 3 weeks. The salty snax have been fewer. So..I can see my blog sisters are giving me strength. Love and SS
